I could not see any Bluetooth services in the first step of the Bluetooth software installation. Remove your network cable, or your wireless card! I have also disconnected my internet connection during the driver installation. I bought this Btoes dongle yesterday but failed to install it. As for my case, there are still few important steps onward.

After drivers and BlueSoleil software is installed, you will get more Bluetooth services, but some of them will work incorrectly.

My device manager shows a load of bluetooth com ports and a bluetooth entry in usb controller, but it also shows up as 3 unknown devices. If anyone has managed to get around this please let me know.
The CD enclosed is for WiFi adaptors and not for the bluetooth. I’ve had the same device and the same sort of problem: So, I am not the only one with that problem. It will contain something like “MSI Bluetooth device” in it’s name.

I can’t figure it out either, I think I’ve tried almost everything. Hi to all BToes specialists and Bluetooth specialists, I had no problem to install the dongle but after the installation I lost my Internet connection which was on another Network card which is connected to a cable modem. Sorry this didn’t help. No matter what I do – uninstalling – reinstalling – trying to manually install drivers etc – nothing works.
